Adaptive Yoga Teacher Training
Our nationally-recognized 250-HR Adaptive Yoga Teacher Training provides a solid foundation in the ethical and philosophical underpinnings of the yoga practice as well as in-depth knowledge of the physical and subtle bodies. Our unique focus on yoga as an adaptive practice gives our students tools that will allow them to work with special populations, including, but not limited to, children, prenatal women, and seniors, as well as populations dealing with depression and anxiety, PTSD, abuse/addiction recovery, Chronic Pain, and Cancer.
Participants have two options for study: (1) Intensive In-Person Training (includes a Complimentary Online Companion Course) beginning in January of each year and meeting once-monthly for 10 months, or (2) Virtual Training, which can be joined at any time and completed from the comfort of their own home and on their own timeline.
NEXT IN-PERSON SESSION BEGINS JANUARY 22, 2022
