Aerial Yoga Training Program
This Aerial Yoga Training Program will give you in-depth knowledge about the variety of uses for the yoga swing and will guide you through the design of your own unique and creative aerial sequences, giving you the tools to lead a full Aerial Yoga practice. This training offers CEU credit for Registered Yoga Teachers trhough Yoga Alliance, and includes the following topics:
+ Comprehensive breakdown of aerial yoga postures and alignment
+ Creative approach to sequencing
+ Contraindications and safety concerns
+ Overview of different types of aerial yoga equipment and proper installation techniques
+ Modifications and safe assists
+ Introduction to therapeutic uses for the swing

This Aerial Yoga training is appropriate for Registered Yoga Teachers and yoga practitioners, Physical and Occupational Therapists, Massage Therapists, and any other bodywork professional. Those without any previous instructional or therapeutic experience will be considered on an individual basis.
IN-FULL PAYMENT: Full payments made by December 1, 2023 total $500, and increase to $550 if paid later.
PAYMENT PLAN OPTION: Payments for the Aerial Yoga Training may be made via a three month financing plan of $185/month.
*Certification will not be issued until full payment is received.
