Accessible Yoga Classes

We offer a wide variety of yoga classes at accessible prices using state-of-the-art equipment such as integrated infrared heating panels, yoga hammocks and a full range of props. All of our classes are taught by Certified Instructors so you can feel safe whether you are beginning or deepening your practice. We teach from an inclusive, body-positive, trauma-informed perspective, and we strongly adhere to a no-touch philosophy.
