OUR INSTRUCTORS
All of our instructors have extensive training, so you can feel confident in our ability to meet you exactly where you are on your mat, whether you're a beginner or an advanced practitioner. All of our classes are taught from a trauma-informed perspective and we strongly adhere to a no-touch philosophy. We do our best to keep you mindful of postures and aligned in your own body, without interrupting your own process of learning and growth.
