INSTRUCTORS

All of our instructors have extensive training, so you can feel confident in our ability to assist you as you begin or grow your personal practice. While we all come from different backgrounds, we share a passion for yoga that is translated into the way we lead our practices. We take a hands-on approach and do our best to keep you mindful of postures and aligned in your body, making practicing at Space feel remarkably like a one-on-one experience.
