Why I practice yoga: To stay healthy physically and mentally, to gain confidence, to manage stress and anxiety, and to learn about and connect more to myself.
You'll never find me: Doing any sort of yard work.
The advice I always give is: If it doesn’t feel good, don’t do it. If it does then you are on the right path. Listen to your intuition.
What I think makes a great yoga instructor: Ongoing training and always remaining a student, as well as a genuine desire to make a positive impact on others.
My vice is: Sugar and all the chocolate!
